Iqbal Since 1999 work in Alternative Development Initiative (ADI). Now he is working as an Assistant Director of Microfinance program. He has lot of experiences in the development sector near about 20 years in different programs such as Income generating activities, Training, Health & Education, women’s rights, adolescents and youth development, livelihood, Safe water & sanitation.
Project Manager of Generation Breakthrough, a Project of Concerned Women for Family Development (CWFD). He served more than 25 years with CARE International Bangladesh, Save the Children, South Asia Partnership Bangladesh, and CWFD. He has expertise in programme design, management, and implementation in different sectors such as gender, SRHR, nutrition, livelihood, agriculture and disaster response activities.
Starting career from 1972 in the development sector, Mr. Jafri is now Chief Executive Director of GHASHFUL since 2003. An ex-cadet from Faujdarhat Cadet College and received his Bachelor degree from Chattogram University. The board member of FNB and President of Chattogram District Committee.
Program Manager of Family Planning Association of Bangladesh (FPAB) a member Association of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), London. She has more than 22 years’ experience in developing sector in Bangladesh. She has good capacity in program management and operations aspects including management of grants and sub-grants.
