5. What are the changes of a girl during puberty?

Changes for Girls:
Growing taller, you will start growing taller. At first girls tend to grow faster than boys but you will stop growing before a boy does.
Hair, you will start to grow hair under your arms and on your pubic area.
Periods, most girls start having periods between the ages of 11 and 14
Don’t worry if your periods start before or after these ages!!!
All the changes are normal & is nothing to worry about. As time passes you will feel more comfortable.

6. Why boys have a deeper voice during puberty?

The voice of a human depend on an organ namely Vocal Cord. This cord has a change during puberty. As a result, the boys have a deeper voice.

7. What is wet dreams? Is it a sin or sickness?

When you are asleep and dreaming, you may get erections and ejaculate. This is when semen shoots out through the erect penis. You will not be aware that this is happening because you are asleep. When you woke up, you will feel a damp patch in your bed.
All young men have wet dreams, it is normal and nothing to worry about. it is neither a sin, nor a sickness.

8. What is Sex & Gender?

According to the World Health Organization, “Sex refers to the biological and physiological characteristics that define men and women. Gender refers to the socially constructed roles, behaviours, activities, and attributes that a given society considers appropriate for men and women.”
